How the process works.

The goal is to fit heat around normal endurance training rather than bolt on a separate race-prep block. Monitoring helps control the dose as the athlete adapts.

01

Map the training

Review current endurance load, heat access and where extra thermal stress can realistically fit.

02

Build the protocol

Receive an individualized active/passive plan and CORE sensor for the four-week build.

03

Monitor and adjust

Track heat load through the block with regular feedback and protocol changes as needed.

04

Review the response

Finish by looking at how the response changed and whether heat should continue, pause or be used again in a later training phase.

Included

What you get.

  • CORE sensor access
  • Individualized active/passive programming
  • Ongoing monitoring of heat load
  • Regular feedback and protocol adjustment
  • Programming designed around normal endurance training

Good fit if

Heat is part of the bigger build.

You are interested in heat beyond a single race and want it integrated thoughtfully with your normal endurance training rather than treated as a stand-alone challenge.

Compare support

Four ways to use heat training.

These are different levels and purposes of support, not a better-to-worse ladder. Choose the option that matches what you actually need.
