Chris white-gloria, PHD

Chris is a former varsity athlete, certified coach, and endurance researcher who holds a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Calgary. His primary research and coaching interests surround the use of heat protocols to unlock new levels of aerobic capacity and resiliency. While he is deeply fascinated by training theory and physiological data, he is still a runner at his core, driven by the simplicity of logging miles.
