Meet Tempered Taylor.
Taylor is a fictional ultrarunner used to show what a Tempered Sports sweat-test report can look like. The numbers are realistic sample data, not a real athlete record.
Measured physiology, not a generic chart.
The report starts with what was actually measured, then places it in descriptive athlete context without labelling higher or lower as better.
What might this mean over 6½ hours?
At the same sweat response, Taylor would lose roughly 8.5 L of fluid and 7,180 mg of sodium across the 50 km ultra. That does not mean Taylor should try to replace every litre or every milligram while racing.
Losses are context — not automatic replacement targets.
Taylor's sweat rate is meaningful over ultra duration, but the practical plan still needs to fit aid-station access, gut tolerance, race temperature and how much fluid Taylor can comfortably take in while running.
Turn the physiology into something you can carry.
Taylor's starting bottle setup
At 750 mL/h, Taylor would drink about 1 × 750 mL bottle per hour.
The bottle builder helps connect hydration and fueling so the athlete is not given separate numbers that do not work together on course.
More than a sweat-rate number.

Want your own sweat profile?
This sample is intentionally fictional. A real Tempered report is generated from your measured sweat response and interpreted for the event you are actually preparing for.
